The Gripper Guide

July 19, 2009

Recently, at my GUS blog, I wrote a pieceĀ  about grip training and the various aspects and methods of grip training. As a follow up to that I created a guide to torsion spring grippers. I have creatively called this the Gripper Guide.

Anyone that knows me will know that I LOVE my grippers and grip training. This guide was created out of my obsession for crushing grip strength and is designed for new and experienced ‘grippers’. If you’re interested in learning about grip strength and grip training you can check out my article If You Can’t Grip It You Can’t Rip It and if you want to bring your crushing grip to the next level, or even want to start using a gripper, check out my Gripper Guide.
